This is my Story

Growing up in a small town, Brockville, Ontario, Canada, I often found myself sitting on the sidelines wondering why I wasn’t like everybody else. After struggling to feel like I genuinely belonged for most of my life, I stepped into a deep transformation that changed everything.

I experienced my initial awakening in 2008 and have been on a self-discovery journey ever since. I am passionate about spreading light and healing to others in hopes their journey to self will be done with grace and as much ease as possible. 

I started as a personal trainer and health advocate and later became a yoga instructor. That is when everything began to transform. I lived much of my life out of balance and in a go, go, go, lack and victim mentality. Yoga changed my life and began my true self-reflection journey.

I deepened my self exploration through a variety of teachings and became an expert in meditation, reiki healing, past life regression therapy, spiritual life coaching and chakra balancing. 

Through my time working as a spiritual mentor to others I have learned the importance of bringing balance to the full multidimensional system. Often we focus on healing the mind or the body but in order to truly find ourselves, we must work with all aspects of our being. The physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. 

I experienced my kundalini awakening in January of 2022. This is when I received access to my starseed origin as well as many soul gifts. I have begun channeling ascended masters, speaking light language and doing quantum healing and subconscious recoding. I have accessed many of by past lives and have received many lessons and healing from this remembrance. I am continually evolving and moving closer to my divine purpose everyday. I am in love with humanity and am so excited to be a part of the Earth school. 

As humanity ascends into higher states of consciousness, I have become passionate about guiding people through their journey for self transformation. I have begun sharing teachings and techniques to and help humanity anchor this high frequency energy through all parts of their multidimensionality.

My goal with Rachael's Butterfly effect is to share the wisdom and teachings from my higher self and to help others navigate this time while becoming more aligned with their divine selves and to see humanity step back into oneness.
